In addition to Hot Power Yoga (HPY Power), we offer Hot Pilates, HPY BURN (Yoga, Pilates, HIIT fusion), HPY Foundations (beginner friendly) HPY Baby - Pre and Postnatal flow (non-heated), and Candlelit Heated Yin.

Our flows are designed for those who appreciate challenge and efficiency. Most classes are 50-minutes, with the exception of Candlelit Heated Yin, which is 60 or 75-minutes. Please contact us to inquire about private and semi-private classes. We offer class packs, as well as a limited number of monthly memberships.

We offer a diverse selection of class types and times throughout the day, strategically scheduled across both studios for balance and convenience.

HPY Philly has Jade Yoga Mats available for a donation, as well as blocks, straps, bands, blankets, water bottles and fountain, hand and mat towels. Please arrive dressed and ready for class. Doors will open 10 minutes before a scheduled class and lock promptly at the start time of class.

Class Options

HPY Power - Infrared Vinyasa Flow

First known as "HPY Signature Flow," our HPY Power Infrared Vinyasa is a 50-minute, Baptiste-inspired Hot Power Vinyasa class designed to elevate your yoga practice. Each session combines sun salutations, twists, balancing poses, inversions, core work, breath exercises, and creative variations, all set to music in a heated studio. Each instructor brings their own unique interpretation to the HPY Power class, which keeps it ever evolving, yet still consistent.

H(ap)PY Baby - Prenatal Flow

In our 50-minute HPY Baby Prenatal Flow, you can expect a welcoming atmosphere where you can flow, recharge, and connect with other mothers. Classes are led by experienced instructors who specialize in prenatal yoga, ensuring safe and effective practices for all stages of pregnancy. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, our classes are suitable for all levels and can be modified to accommodate individual needs and preferences.

Hot Pilates

Our 50-minute Hot Pilates is beginner friendly, full body workout that blends the control and precision of Pilates mat work with bodyweight exercises, yoga flow, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) in a heated space. Emphasis is placed on connection of the breath to movement and correct body alignment to keep you injury-free. This class will improve your core strength, strengthen your mind-body connection, fine tune balance and coordination, and build cardiovascular endurance. Modifications are offered for all exercises, allowing you to feel challenged, yet comfortable, as you move through class.

Candlelit Heated Yin

Our 75-minute Candlelit Heated Yin Yoga classes offer a serene sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle of city life, inviting you to unwind, stretch, and find inner balance. Enjoy a peaceful Savasana and cold eucalyptus towel in a candlelit, infrared heated studio.

Hot Abs

Our 30-minute Hot Abs class is exactly like it sounds. This class focuses on core based exercises in a heated studio. Please note this class cues minimal breaks, but please always listen to your body :). Class begins with a brief Yoga flow warm up and ends with a short Savasana.

HPY BURN

HPY BURN is a dynamic fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and Strength Training designed to challenge your body and build endurance, flexibility, and strength. This high-energy class integrates mindful movement with powerful conditioning exercises, using props like blocks, straps, and your own body weight to target all muscle groups.

HPY Foundations

The 50-minute HPY Foundations class is an ideal class for both those new to Yoga and the experienced practitioner looking to tune up the basics. Our Foundations class is an approachable format, slower paced flow, designed to focus on the main poses in the Power Yoga sequence. We'll also focus on breathwork, gaze, alignment, and offer assists for building confidence in your Yoga practice.
